Clients may request a refund within 7 days of the completion of the service, provided that the Client has a valid reason for the request. Refund Process

Problem Resolution
Upon receiving a refund request, we will make every effort to address and resolve the Client’s concerns. This may include revising the work, providing additional services, or offering alternative solutions to meet the Client’s needs. If we are unable to resolve the issue to the Client’s satisfaction, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Refund Amount
The amount of the refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration factors such as the nature of the issue, the extent of the work completed, and the costs incurred by us in providing the service
